Terms of service

Last updated 20 October 2026

These terms apply when you use gdgnau.space or take part in GDG on Campus UNIZIK events. By creating an account, you agree to them.

Your account

  • Use your real name and an email address you check when you sign up.
  • Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One account per person.

Taking part in events

Each event has its own rules, dates and prizes, shown on its event page. By applying, you agree to follow them.

  • Only submit applications and projects that are honestly yours and your team's.
  • Pre-existing projects are allowed only where the event says so, and you must clearly explain what you built or improved during the event.
  • Organisers review every application and decide who is selected. Their decisions on selection, judging and results are final.
  • Prizes depend on availability and may change. We will tell you if they do.

Your projects

You keep ownership of everything you build and submit. By submitting a project, you allow GDG on Campus UNIZIK to show your team name, project name, description and links on this platform and on our community channels, to showcase what participants built.

Make sure you have the right to use any code, images or other material in your project.

Be respectful

We want everyone to feel welcome. Please do not:

  • Harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone.
  • Upload anything illegal, harmful or offensive, or anything you do not have permission to share.
  • Try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the platform or other people's accounts.
  • Cheat in judging, for example by submitting someone else's work.

All GDG events also follow the Google Developer Groups Community Guidelines.

Removing accounts or entries

We may remove an application, submission or account, or disqualify a team, if these terms or an event's rules are broken.

The platform

We are a student community and run this platform on a best-effort basis. It may sometimes be slow or unavailable, and we cannot promise it will always be free of errors. We are not responsible for losses caused by downtime or lost data, so keep your own copies of your work.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the platform after an update, you accept the new terms.

Questions? Contact the GDG on Campus UNIZIK organisers through our community channels or at any of our events.

How we handle your information is explained in our privacy policy.
